Shelby Bacchus

My name is Shelby Bacchus and I’m a Sales Associate for Coldwell Banker Paradise in Satellite Beach, FL. I am a true Florida girl, having grown up in South Florida and a graduate of the University of Central Florida, though I did spend many years living in Manhattan and Raleigh, NC. But when my mother retired from NASA, it was time to come back to Florida and settle down on the naturally beautiful Space Coast. 

I couldn’t be happier here and subscribe fully to the LIVE, WORK, PLAY handbook. When I’m not working with valuable customers, I’m on the water either surfing or paddle boarding. I also find time to be an active member of the Cocoa Beach Chamber of Commerce and attend local Surfrider Foundation chapter meetings. I am hyper aware of environmental issues and am passionate about clean water initiatives. A concern for the environment actually led me to change my diet, and I’m proud to say that I am vegan! 

As you can see, I am passionate about everything I do, and that includes Real Estate. Nothing is more rewarding than selling a home for MORE than the sellers hoped, or helping a buyer purchase a home for LESS than their established budget (especially in this crazy market!) Having renovated homes over the years, I am a good resource for making property updates that only add value in the end.
